1. Extrusion System

Single-screw model is equipped with 90/36 screw, and double-layer composite model is 90/36-75/36.

Optional servo-driven main motor as standard, stable operation and maintenance-free, with multiple safety protections, saving 30% of electricity in total.

Adopting low-temperature plasticization design, the screw length-diameter ratio is 38:1, with strong compatibility, which can be adapted to native materials and recycled materials from various countries, realizing high-speed extrusion without scorching and uniform plasticization.

2. Emitter Screening and Mounting System

Full-automatic chip kicking structure, realizing full-automatic operation throughout the whole process and reducing manual intervention.

Equipped with full-automatic identification and screening device, which automatically removes unqualified emitters to ensure the qualification rate of finished products.

Independent emitter storage mechanism: the screening speed of single-selection disk emitter is ≤2800 pieces per minute, and that of double-selection disk is ≤4500 pieces per minute;

Automatic feeding of storage bin, which can intelligently adjust the feeding speed according to the production rhythm to realize continuous and stable production;

Full-automatic maintenance-free machine head, uniform and controllable wall thickness, one-key automatic pipe pulling and automatic correction and positioning, simple debugging;

3. Screen Changing and Punching System

Equipped with hydraulic quick screen changer or full-automatic mesh belt type screen changer, which can change the screen without stopping the machine, realize uninterrupted production and improve production capacity.

Modular punching unit, 4000 times of four-head punching, and up to six groups of punching devices can be installed, with a punching speed of up to 6000 times per minute.

It can flexibly switch between single, double, four and six punching modes to adjust production capacity on demand.

Two punching processes: mechanical punching and air pen rotary punching, which are suitable for the production of drip irrigation tapes with different wall thicknesses.

4. Online Intelligent Detection

High-definition online imaging analysis system, real-time monitoring of the state of each water outlet, visual detection.

Automatic alarm for abnormalities, automatic storage of production data, which can be linked and controlled with downstream equipment to realize full-process quality traceability.

5. Full-Automatic Winding System
